Return and Exchange Policy

We have described and photographed items available at Artisan Vapor Company as precisely as possible. We do our best to keep our products information updated.

Refunds will only be made in the same means; for instance, you will not be able to receive refunds on any other account except the one you used to pay from.

Artisan Vapor Company offers a limited warranty of 30 days on all the products available apart from the following due to re-use issues.

  • E-Liquids
  • Batteries
  • Tips & Mouthpieces
  • Atomizers
  • Cartomizers
  • Coils & Tanks

Customers are requested to properly check the above mentioned products before leaving the store, once the customer leaves the store, these products will not be returned or exchanged due to re-use issues. We ship our products in perfect conditions, however if any of the above products get damaged during the shipment, we accept return in that case.

You should notify the company via E-Mail (info(at)artisanvaporcompany.com) within seven days of purchase if your item or package has been damaged, faulty or in any way defective to claim a successful exchange or a refund. (Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable. In addition, client will pay all the additional shipping charges)

All details regarding the defect of the item should be notified via E-Mail  (info(at)artisanvaporcompany.com)  to the company. Furthermore, all the package items along with the original packing should be returned in order to successfully claim a refund or an exchange. You should mail the product at the following address:

If there is no manufacturer defect and the product is functioning properly and you intend to exchange a product you have to notify us within 5 days in order for us to accept the product back and either exchange it with a new product in the same category or give store credit towards any other product. No money will be refunded for products returned without any manufacturer defect. Any additional handling and shipping cost would be customer’s responsibility.

Our Company will not offer any kind of exchange or refund if:

  • The item has been modified, altered, repaired or serviced by any other company or person instead of Artisan Vapor Company.
  • The item has been physically abused.
  • The item has been used in a manner inconsistent to the usage indicated in the manual.
  • The item has been utilized for any other purpose than that which it is was intended.
  • The item has been damaged during the shipment back to the company.
  • Refund or exchange will not be made if any of the items in the original packing are missing.
  • Items may only be refunded in the same condition as the original purchase.
  • No returns accepted for items exposed to extreme temperatures, water or improper handling.
  • For sanitary reasons, tanks may be returned only for manufacturer defect within 15 days.
  • Returns and exchanges must be in like new condition with original parts/packaging.

Sigelei and Laisimo returns to be dealt by Asmodus (http://www.asmodus.com/Sigelei-Warranty-s/1832.htm). No returns at the store. Warranty Card included in the packaging is required for returns by Asmodus.

All returns and exchanges related to PAX devices are to be dealt directly with Pax (https://www.paxvapor.com).

IPV returns to be dealt by KMG (http://kmg-import.com/ipv-warranty-service-center.htm) . No returns at the store. Warranty Card included in the packaging is required for returns by KMG.

Istick returns to be dealt by the manufacturer. No returns at the store. Keep original packaging for serial number.

Note: You must completely describe the details regarding the defect of your item via E-Mail (info(at)artisanvaporcompany.com) . Moreover, you must send all the package items with the original packing to the company within 30 days if you are to enjoy a successful refund or an exchange.

  • Items with manufacturer defects must be returned within 30 days.
  • Select items have known wear & tear defects that will be communicated at time of purchase. These defects are not covered under the return & exchange policy.
